The problem
A multi-brand dealer group ran three automotive marques on a templated site they did not own. Stock, finance examples and content were locked behind a vendor. Lead data leaked. Compliance around finance representation was manual and fragile. They needed a platform they owned outright, disciplined enough for FCA-regulated finance display and fast enough to convert.
What we built
- 01A single Next.js platform serving three brands from one codebase, each with its own identity and inventory.
- 02An in-house finance and PCP calculation engine producing FCA-disciplined representative examples, rather than an embedded third-party widget.
- 03An owner-controlled admin console for stock, content and finance parameters, so the group edits the site without going back to a vendor.
- 04A clean data path for enquiries so leads land with the group and no one else.
The outcome
The group moved from renting a templated site to owning a bespoke platform. Finance representation is consistent and controlled. Stock and content are theirs to change. The people who built it are one message away, not a support queue.
Reference · client under NDA
They replaced a system we were renting with one we own. Leads stopped leaking and the finance display finally stood up to compliance.
