The problem

A global vehicle hire company ran booking, fleet and back-office on a patchwork of systems that did not talk to each other. Availability and pricing were inconsistent across markets, the customer record was fragmented, and depot operations lived outside the booking system entirely. They needed one end-to-end platform: real-time availability, market-aware pricing, payments, and depot and fleet operations, with a single view of the customer.

01

What we built

  • 01A customer booking flow with real-time availability and market-aware, dynamic pricing across locations.
  • 02Payments, deposits and pre-authorisations built in, not bolted on afterwards.
  • 03Depot and fleet operations: vehicle allocation, check-out and return, condition and damage capture.
  • 04One unified customer and booking record across markets, replacing the siloed systems it grew out of.
02

The outcome

Booking, fleet and back-office now run on one platform across markets. Availability and pricing are consistent, the customer is a single record rather than several, and the depot works inside the same system that took the booking. One source of truth, end to end.

Booking, fleet and the depot finally run on one system. Availability and pricing are consistent across every market for the first time.
