The problem

A studio that only builds for others is a services business. To prove we ship and run product, we built our own — a portfolio that now spans a clientflow CRM for busy performers, an operator platform for multi-trade businesses, and products across medical, finance and investment. Each needed real billing, UK-correct tax and invoicing, and an architecture that would not fork into five unmaintainable codebases.

01

What we built

  • 01A shared engine underpinning the whole portfolio, so core clientflow, billing and account logic is built once and reused across every product.
  • 02Billing on Stripe and GoCardless, covering both card and direct-debit collection.
  • 03UK-native VAT handling and invoicing, correct by default rather than bolted on.
  • 04Five distinct product surfaces — performer clientflow, multi-trade operations, medical, finance and investment — on the same foundations.
02

The outcome

Live products that we operate, bill and support ourselves. The shared engine means a fix or feature lands across the whole portfolio at once. It is the clearest proof we offer: we do not just build software, we run it — five products' worth.
